Teachers can see work completed, areas of struggle, and additional connected resources–both in print and digital to further support students.” The program gives weekly goals and assigns academic-level appropriate tasks for students. “Lexia is set up to meet students where they are and then help them excel. Students seem to like the program, so that’s an added bonus.” It also comes loaded with resources for the teacher, so that you can personalize instruction based on student need. It moves students along at a nice pace and does a good job of teaching vocabulary and word meanings. It is not full of games and comic book-looking graphics.
